About the Productivity Training
During the 2023-24 bargains in Linfox, BevChain, and Linfox Fuel, TWU members fought hard to win an extra 1% pay through a Productivity Training Increase to apply on or after the first pay increase due on:
- 1 July 2025 (Linfox, BevChain)
- 31 December 2025 (Linfox Fuel).

If you’re a TWU member, you must first watch video below before starting the online training course to qualify for the pay increase. The course is free of charge for financial members.
For non-members, join the TWU today to complete the course and qualify for the pay increase.
After you successfully complete the training course, you will automatically qualify for the 1% increase in pay.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the training, transport workers will:
- Know Your Rights and Obligations:
- You will learn about your rights and obligations under the enterprise agreement (EA) and how they apply to your work at Linfox.
- Working Productively and Efficiently:
- That by reducing disputes and disagreements increases productivity.
- Understand Industrial Rights:
- You will gain knowledge about your rights in the workplace. This will help everyone work better and keep Linfox competitive in the road transport industry.
