    The TWU national secretary, Tony Sheldon, said Tiger Airways continued grounding by CASA was a sign for the future of low cost aviation companies and demonstrated the need to require airlines to commit a small portion of ticket costs to ensure dismissed workers receive some assistance when an airline is grounded or put out of business.
