    A 'NO' Vote Is A Vote to Cut the Pay Of Penrith City Garbos

    This coming Monday night, 26 February 2018, Penrith City Council Garbos will be seeking to address the weekly Penrith Council meeting. Garbos face the loss of $300 a week from their pay because the Council tender for waste collection has no guaranteed protections for drivers’ wages and conditions.
