VOTING HAS ENDED AND OUR RESULTS ARE IN


StarTrack’s proposal for our agreement has been voted on. The majority of TWU members have voted ‘YES’ to StarTrack’s proposal and now the next steps in the process begin.

 
What’s new in your EA?
 
  • Retention of all existing terms and conditions in a rollover of your current agreement;
  • 2% per annum increases from the date of the approval;
  • A bonus scheme which may be paid subject to AusPost achieving $1 pro t & 94% delivery standards.
 
NEXT STEPS:
 
  • The agreement will now be lodged with the FWC for approval;
  • 7 days after the approval by the FWC the new agreement will come into force;
  • Your first 2% pay increase will be paid in the first full pay period in the week after your agreement comes into operation;
  • We need to ensure we enforce the agreement and all of its clauses.
 
Locking in our agreement for the next 3 years is only the beginning. We need to keep StarTrack accountable and bound to our important EA.
