The Bunker/TWU Agreement was approved by Fair Work Australia on Friday 25th November. The Agreement will come into force on Friday 2nd December.

The Bunker Freight Lines & TWU Enterprise Agreement 2011 was lodged with Fair Work Australia (FWA) on Friday, 4th November. The Agreement will now be allocated to a member of FWA for approval. As soon as we receive a Notice of Listing for the approval, it will be posted on this website.

The Bunker Freight Lines & TWU Enterprise Agreement 2011 was approved by a majority of Bunker employees this morning. Bunker and TWU representatives will now prepare the necessary documentation that forms part of the application for approval to Fair Work Australia (FWA).
